Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. When submitting a claim, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, approved claims may result in a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund, issued at our discretion.

Delivery Issues

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address information or customer error may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.
